HEART HEALTHY TUNA SALAD
Easy low sodium & low fat spin on tuna salad. Pairs well with salads, sandwiches, & wraps!
INGREDIENTS
4 oz of drained tuna packed in water or light oil
1/4 of a medium avocado, diced
1/4 of a medium cucumber, diced
4 wedges of lemon, squeezed
3 tbsps of cilantro, chopped
3 tsps of dijon mustard
1/3 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
1 oz of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
COOKING METHOD
Drain the tuna thoroughly & place it in a medium mixing bowl.
Add in the avocado, cucumber, & cilantro.
Mix the ingredients together.
Add in the lemon juice, mustard, & yogurt.
Add in the seasoning & stir until well mixed.
